DELIVERY
We offer FREE local delivery for orders within Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Foley.
Orders are shipped USPS ground advantage, UPS ground or express. You can choose your method at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 2-3 business days depending on your location, but could take up to 5 days depending on your location. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you are have any questions.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Mon Cherie offers a 100% happiness guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can send it back within 5 days after delivery for a store credit or exchange. It also must be reported within 48 hours after delivery, and a return shipping label will be emailed to you. You are responsible for cost of the return shipping label, and exchange shipping. We can pick up free and exchange for free within our local zone area (Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Foley). Please see our Return Policy page for more info.
RETURNS We do not issue returns. We can either issue store credit or offer up to one exchange on swimwear if item is reported 48 hours after delivery and a return is initiated within 5 days after delivery. Please see our Return Policy page for more info.
EXCHANGES
- you have 5 days from the day of delivery to exchange an item.
- item(s) to be exchanged must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached and hygiene liners still intact.
- although we make every effort not to be out of stock, we cannot guarantee that the item you request in exchange will be in stock.
