We hope you never have to run into the case of returning an item! We strive to make sure we are only putting out the best quality, fit and styles- however we do understand things happen.

We DO NOT issue refunds, however, we DO issue store credit. The amount from any returns that meet our below qualifications will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card sent to your email. Shipping will not be refunded.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:
Lip glosses, customized skin care, self tanner, DTF shirts, jewelry, accessories, tumblers, weekender bags, totes and laundry wash may not be returned nor exchanged.
Exchanges:
We can do an exchange for clothing and swimwear in a different size if we have the product available. If your requested exchange size is unavailable, we will issue you store credit. You will be responsible for shipping costs for both the return and exchanged item.
*Clothing and Swimwear can ONLY be exchanged for a different size as long as it’s reported within 48 hours after delivery and the return is initiated within 5 days after delivery. Clothing and Swimwear cannot be worn, cannot be washed, undamaged condition with original tags and Swimwear must have hygiene liner still attached to bottoms. Local delivery can pick up the clothing and swimwear and deliver the new exchange. Can only make 1 exchange. After the exchange, all sales are final.
*Please keep your underwear on while trying on clothing and swimsuits.
*Hygiene liners are replaced with new hygiene liners after an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will provide a shipping label for you after you have purchased the shipping label from us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Tracking and insurance will be provided with the return shipping label. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
